Yes. If your actual policy has a lower price, we’ll inform you via email to submit a refund request.
You’ll receive confirmation for refund in 7 – 14 business days.
No processing fee will be applied.
Once your insurance is active, your refund request will be processed by the insurance company as accordance to Financial Services Act 2013 or Islamic Financial Services Act 2013. We’ll assist you to submit the refund request to the respective insurance company.
